Original Design Manufacturing (ODM), also referred to as private labeling, is one method of contract manufacturing. When you choose ODM this simply means that we will make products for you based upon products in our existing product portfolio.
Modifications to our existing products can be made in terms of such things as color, packaging, branding, and in some cases contaminant reduction performance. These modifications help differentiate your product(s) in the marketplace and allow you to sell them under your own brand. ODM is often the preferred choice when the “go to market” timing is aggressive.

Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) is another method of contract manufacturing. OEM is the manufacture of your unique design based upon your own design and specifications. Generally speaking, you own the proprietary design, IT, and production assets such as injection molds and dies. Together we enter into a long-term supply and distribution agreement for the production rights of the product.
OEM is often the preferred method of contract manufacturing when minor modifications to our existing products will not provide the level of market differentiation that you require in the marketplace. OEM provides that opportunity for you to truly have an exclusive product!
